The IT Service Centre develops and operates special applications which are tailor-made to the needs of our clients, supporting them in executing their core tasks.
The Centre is concentrated on special and security critical applications for official organs both within and outside the FDJP, whereby its focus is centred upon the fields of police, justice and migration. The Centre’s applications foster co-operation between national, cantonal and community agencies as well as the exchange of information between Switzerland and its international partners.
The Head of the FDJP can also authorise the IT Service Centre to provide services to agencies within other departments or to other clients (e.g. cantons and communities in respect to core tasks).
