Warning: Fraudulent emails

Fraudulent emails posing as the police have been circulating for the last several months. Senders impersonate various police authorities (fedpol, Europol, Interpol) as well as individuals (Federal Councillor Karin Keller-Sutter, fedpol Director Nicoletta della Valle).The emails threaten to initiate criminal proceedings against the recipients for visiting websites containing child pornography.

Please do not reply to these e-mails! Report them to the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC).
